Devotion

Life sometimes brings moments of pain, confusion, fear, and uncertainty. There are seasons when everything feels dark, and we wonder where God is. But the good news is that Jesus Christ is our light in every dark place.

Darkness cannot stop the light of God. When fear rises, His light brings peace. When sadness fills the heart, His light brings comfort. When the future seems unclear, His light gives direction.

Just as a small candle can brighten a dark room, the presence of God can change even the hardest situation. No matter how deep the darkness may seem, God’s light is always stronger.

Jesus said in John 8:12:

“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

Today, remember that God has not forgotten you. His light is guiding you, protecting you, and leading you into hope and victory. Stay close to Him, keep praying, and trust that the darkness will not last forever.

Remove every fear and remind me that Your presence is always with me. Let Your light guide my life and draw me closer to You each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
